Experience in the healthcare, retail, sports, hospitality and technology industries. Ellis has a Master degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University. Core strengths include the ability to plan and drive transformational initiatives in collaboration with IT, business partners and vendors that result in measurable benefits of increased sales, reduced expenses and improved efficiency.

VP Operations

John O. Carter, Jr. is the VP of Operations for North Point Management, LLC.  John is an extremely accomplished Operations and New Product Development Manager with over 20 years’ experience. John has a degree in Engineering from Ohio University.   He has spent much of his career as an Industrial Engineer in Fortune 500 companies where he has completed his certifications in Project Management (PMI-Project Management Institute) as a PMP and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. His vast experience encompasses the entire “Product Life Cycle” planning continuum including Regional and Global Strategy, Costing Implication, Return on Investment Analysis, Marketing, Branding and getting the Product to Market.
